Ya we never really know the definition of mini here. So if you are gorging on mini pizzas, mini muffins and mini cheese puffs, you are never really going to lose weight!
Use A Smaller Fork Or Spoon
Unfortunately, for foodies, this really doesn’t work. No matter how small the spoon is, they defy all laws of physics. You can still manage to put just the right quantity of food on it or even better, use your hands to eat. So nah doesn’t work at all.
Eat A Salad To Fill Your Stomach
Yes I did, two portions of the entire salad and yet there is enough space in my stomach to add a couple of burgers. Salads really don’t fill your senses up so you remain as hungry as ever.
Lose Weight With Your Mind
Yes we have all tried that. Losing physically didn’t help so thinking of healthy foods in the mind but eating junk. So diet soda instead of coke. Strange how these things never really work out for us!
Eat All That You Want And Exercise To Shed
Yes, we are eating even when all the treadmill. Yet no results!
